Have you heard this before? “GOD is WATCHING YOU! Be very careful!”. The tone in which it is declared usually causes a chill to run down your spine.
But if you know God, you will know that there is no comfort like knowing that God sees you.
It is even more breathtaking to think about it this way: The God who created everything in the universe (the hot sun, the twinkling stars, the endless sky, the cute clouds, pretty butterflies, etc.) CARES about every little (a broken pen, a bad hair day, etc.) and big details (exams, sickness, finances, etc.) of your life.
If we understand this deeply, we will naturally say to God – “Lord, take care of me always. Let your way be my way!”
My Way 🏞 is a four-part lesson designed to help children realize the care and protection they having in our loving God. Knowing this truth will help them submit their way (life and plans) to God before they start a new chapter (Proverbs 3:5,6).

My Way!
Bible Portion: 1 Kings 3:3-15
Bible Story: Solomon submits his ways to God.
Message (Above 8 years of age):
Are you starting something new? Don’t forget to talk to Jesus about it and ask him to help you. That is how you submit your way to God.
Message (8 & below):
Every time you are about to do something new, tell Jesus “Help me please”.
Memory verse:
In all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight [Proverbs 3:6]

Impossible Way!
Bible Portion: Exodus 14: 5-31
Bible Story: God makes a way through an impossible way.
Message (Above 8 years of age):
Are you anxious about your life and not sure which way to go? Don’t forget that God can make a way there is no way. He will do it for you. You will be successful in life if you trust in him.
Message (8 & below):
When you do hard things, tell Jesus “Help me please”.
Memory verse:
“I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” [Isaiah 43:19b]

Bible Story: Moses’ plans Vs God’s plan
Message (Above 8 years of age):
Are you living with big dreams? Never forget that the dream God has for you is bigger than your own. If you trust His plans more than your own, He will lift you up beyond belief.
Message (8 & below):
Jesus wants you to become a great person. If you allow him, He would make you very great.
Memory verse:
“As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” [Isaiah 55: 9]

Best Way!
Bible Portion: Genesis 11:27 – 12:9
Bible Story: Abraham finds the best way
Message (Above 8 years of age):
The best way to live is to rely on God to show you the way. You just have to ask and he will instruct you and guide you through His Word.
Message (8 & below):
Every day tell Jesus, “Show me what to do and I will obey”.
Memory verse:
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” [Psalm 32:8]
