In today’s world it is okay to hurt others with words and simply say “I was just saying”. It seems necessary to subdue others in order to rise. It is fashionable to say, “I don’t believe in God.” Parents respect their children more than children respect their parents. Abandoning oneself and one’s family for the sake of God and service seems admirable.
But the scriptures suggest a completely different way. It is a path to greatness. It is also a way that is almost lost.
It is time to find the lost honor, to honor one’s WORDS, OTHERS, GOD, PARENTS, and ONESELF. Would you join us in this mission to help children grow into great men and women with these higher Biblical values? Imbibing them would make them stand apart in any world they are put in, making this mission even more important for us, teachers. Let’s go!
Lost Honor is a five-part lesson designed to help children find the lost honor that can make them great.
Note: This is written with all age groups in mind. Please use your experience to tailor the depth of the message to best fit your audience.
