Lesson Structure
- 4 Segments: Bond Time → Bible Time → Build Time → Bye Time
- Bond Time: Spark and Flame in 2 separate groups
- Bible Time: Children split into their classes
- Build Time: Children stay in their own classes or group into one of the two categories (spark or flame)
- Bye Time: Children stay in their own classes
1. BOND TIME – Home Project Review [✨✨]
- Children show drawings of their friends.
- Let each child name their friends.
- Help kids who didn’t finish by drawing in class.
- Celebrate and encourage every child.
2. BIBLE TIME – Story [✨]
Bible Portion : Genesis 1:27; 2:18–24
• God made Adam and the garden.
• Animals were there—but Adam needed a human friend.
• God made Eve—Adam was happy.
• God walked and talked with them.
• Message: We need people, and we need God.
• Lead a short thank-you prayer.
3. BUILD TIME – Share [✨]
- Pass a ball around the class.
- Child with the ball shares a happy moment with a friend.
4. BYE TIME – Wrap-Up & Home Task [✨]
Next Session: 7th Day.
Home Project: Encourage kids to make one new friend this week.

Activity:
Invite the children to show the pictures of their friends that they drew for last session’s home project. Ask them to name their friends for the class. Celebrate each child’s drawing and encourage them.
For children who did not complete the home project, give them paper and help them draw a picture of their friends during class.

Bible Portion: Genesis 1:27; Genesis 2:18–24
Activity: Story Time
Event Outline:
God made a beautiful garden and placed Adam in it. Adam had many animals around him.
“Can you name some animals?”
(Tiger, lion, puppy, kitten, etc.)
Adam was happy, but God knew something important—Adam still needed a human friend. So God put Adam into a deep sleep and made Eve. When Adam saw Eve, he was very happy.
Adam and Eve enjoyed the garden together. Most of all, they were happy because God was with them. God walked with them and talked with them.
God knows that we are not meant to be alone. That is why He gave you your mummy and daddy, brothers and sisters, grandparents, friends, and teachers. You may not like everyone all the time, but God knows you need them.
And just like Adam and Eve, you need God too.
“Shall we thank God for giving us people and for being with us?”
(Lead the children in a short prayer.)

Activity:
Pass a ball around the class. When a child receives the ball, ask them to share one happy moment they had with a friend—what they played, where they went, or what they enjoyed together.

Inform the children that they will learn what God did on the 7th day in the next session. Here is this week’s home project:
