Activity:
Song time.
Teach Kids the above song if they understand Tamil. Else, you can teach any song that is relevant to the theme of the lesson.

Game: Listen to Your Helper
Ask all the children, regardless of age, to stand in a large circle. Have them count off in sequence from 1–4 (or 1–3 / 1–2 depending on the number of children). This will divide them into their groups.
Once the groups are formed, give each child a colored paper representing their team and pin or tape it to their shirt.
From each group, choose two volunteers:
- Hero – the player who will complete the challenge.
- Helper – the player who will guide the Hero.
Blindfold the Hero and have them stand inside the circle. Give the team cap to the Helper.
All the remaining children become the Noise.
Place the team balls or balloons in different locations on the floor within the playing area, making sure they are some distance away from the Heroes.
When the game begins, each Helper must guide their Hero to find and pick up their team’s balloon. At the same time, the children who are the Noise should try to distract the other teams’ Heroes by giving incorrect directions.
The challenge for each Hero is to listen carefully and follow only the voice of their own Helper amidst all the noise and confusion. Heroes may move closer to their Helper if needed to hear the instructions more clearly.
Repeat the game with different volunteers as time permits.
Message
To reach the goal, the Hero had to listen to and stay connected with the Helper. In the same way, God wants each of us to have a personal relationship with Him.

Bible Portion: Genesis 22: 3-8, 24:63
Story Time
- Isaac’s father, Abraham, loved God.
- Isaac’s mother, Sarah, loved God.
- They taught Isaac about God.
- Once when his father Abraham went to worship God on a mountain, Isaac went with him too. He helped his dad carry the things required for worship.
- Isaac noticed that one of the important things required for the worship was missing. His father said, “God will provide”. In the end God provided and Isaac must have learnt that he can trust God too.
- As Isaac grew up, he learned to love God himself. He would spend time thinking about God.
- God loved Isaac very much.
Message:
- Your father or mother may be a Christian.
- Your grandparents, teachers, or friends may love God.
- But you also need to know and love God for yourself.
- Talk to your parents about God.
- Ask questions.
- Learn more about Him.
- God wants to be your friend too!
